The loss of a friendship – whether through death or the ending of a relationship – can create deep ripples of grief that touch many aspects of our lives. This programme provides a dedicated space to remember and acknowledge the significance of friendship in our lives, while understanding the unique aspects of this loss. Together, we’ll explore ways to nurture you through this transition, handle social situations, and honour your feelings. You’ll connect with others who understand the particular pain of losing a friend, while learning tools to integrate your grief into your life and find ways to carry forward what was meaningful about the friendship.

This group programme will enable you to find:

  • Ways to navigate shared friendships and social circles
  • Tools to honor the unique bond of friendship
  • Insights into complex emotions around friendship loss
  • How to build your own support network in living friendships
  • Meaningful ways to acknowledge your loss

Each programme includes:

  • 8 carefully structured group sessions
  • 4 individual coaching sessions
  • Weekly practical tools and rituals
  • Ongoing support materials
  • A community of understanding peers

Please note – we currently have a maximum of 15 people per group programme to keep the experience as personal as possible.
