This work has changed me- I know my grief now as a lifelong friend and I have so many tools and rituals and practices that are going to be with me for life. I would never have said previously that I would be into that kind of stuff but I have come to see and know that rituals are like requests that you can make over and over- it really is life changing.

Most of us haven’t been given any kind of education on how to live with and understand grief and loss.
No two people grieve in exactly the same way. But what connects us all is the longing for our grief to be acknowledged and held with compassion.
We invite you to work with us in understanding your grief, getting to know it, and finding meaningful ways to integrate grief into your life.
Our commitment to you is that we will never try to hide, fade, or fix your pain – rather, we will be with you as you learn and experience it.

When we experience loss – whether through the death of someone or the loss of a part of ourselves – life changes. Grief and the pain that comes with it can feel overwhelming, confusing and even terrifying. You may find yourself wondering if you will ever feel a sense of peace again.
We understand there are a lot of complex emotions, experiences and challenges that come with grief and loss and we know the power of having somebody to be with you in your pain and witness your loss.
We have also experienced grief in our own lives. We’ve dedicated our work and training to supporting others in understanding grief and exploring ways to be with their pain. Through education, compassionate presence, and practical tools, we help people feel less alone.
