Losing a parent or parental role is a hugely personal experience which can fundamentally shift our sense of place in the world and can impact every aspect of our lives – from our sense of security to our family dynamics. This programme offers a thoughtful space to remember and honour your parent or parental figure, whether your relationship was close, complicated, or somewhere in between. Through shared experiences and guided practices, you’ll discover ways to nurture your ongoing connection with the parent or parental figure that you have lost while adapting to life without their physical presence. We’ll work together to integrate your grief into your daily life, helping you navigate practical challenges, emotional waves, and the continuing bond with your parent as you move forward.

This group programme will enable you to find:

  • Meaningful ways to maintain connection with your parent
  • Tools for managing family dynamics and changing roles
  • Practices for handling significant dates and celebrations
  • Understanding of how parent loss shapes your identity
  • Methods for preserving and sharing memories

This programme includes:

  • 8 carefully structured group sessions
  • 4 individual coaching sessions
  • Weekly practical tools and rituals
  • Ongoing support materials
  • A community of understanding peers

Please note – we currently have a maximum of 15 people per group programme to keep the experience as personal as possible.
