If you have experienced a baby, pregnancy, or fertility loss and have arrived at our site- we want you to know you do not need to be alone in your pain. The loss of a baby, a much wanted child and the hope of building your family can create very unique grief experiences and carry pain that is often difficult for other people to understand.

Together, we’ll remember and honour the dreams you held and the future you imagined, provide a space for you to connect to the memories that you have, albeit that they may be very few. Through gentle exploration and carefully crafted rituals designed by you, you’ll learn ways to nurture yourself while connecting with others who have also lost a baby, pregnancy or fertility journey. Our programme combines group work with personal coaching to help you integrate your grief into your life, supporting you as you navigate challenging emotions, social situations, and significant dates.

This group programme will enable you to find:

  • A safe space to talk about your baby, pregnancy or fertility journey
  • Tools for managing difficult dates, events, and social situations
  • Rituals and practices to remember your baby and honour your grief
  • Ways to communicate your needs to those around you
  • Strategies for handling others’ expectations and responses
  • A supportive community who understands your journey
  • Ways to honour your loss in your life and family

This programme includes:

  • 8 carefully structured group sessions
  • 4 individual one-to-one coaching sessions with our specialist baby loss coach
  • Weekly practical tools and rituals
  • Ongoing support materials
  • A community of understanding peers

Please note – we currently have a maximum of 15 people per group programme to keep the experience as personal as possible.
